The total area of the compound is 35.5 acres with a capacity of 773 residential units, including apartments, villas with gardens, and villas with a roof. The units are designed in a modern European style. All designs contained in the compound, whether outside or inside the residential units, are luxurious and upscale to satisfy the tastes of all customers.

The project is launched in two phases; the first phase is duplexes and the second phase consists of Quattro villas, trio villas, and apartments.

Trio Gardens is one of the integrated compounds within which all the services that the residents may need to enjoy comfort and luxury are available.
