JD Holding Group for Real Estate Development has announced the launch of the first phase of its latest project, LONDON, located on the Royal Coast of Alamein, Invest-Gate reports.

The project, with an investment exceeding EGP 4 bn, follows the company’s previous successes in New Cairo and the Administrative Capital.

Spanning approximately 20 feddans, the LONDON project is set to become a landmark and year-round destination in Alamein, serving North Coast residents and the recently opened universities.
