JD Holding Group for Real Estate Development has announced the launch of the first phase of its latest project, LONDON, located on the Royal Coast of Alamein, Invest-Gate reports.

The project, with an investment exceeding EGP 4 bn, follows the company’s previous successes in New Cairo and the Administrative Capital.

Spanning approximately 20 feddans, the LONDON project is set to become a landmark and year-round destination in Alamein, serving North Coast residents and the recently opened universities. The strategic location at kilometer 86 is minutes away from Alamein Airport, Marina, and Alamein Towers, with easy access from various roads and close proximity to essential commercial, tourist, and recreational landmarks.
