Bayut Egypt has launched the second round of the Bayut Academy in Egypt, beginning on August 7, 2024, with approximately 90 attendees. The event focused on providing real estate agents with the necessary skills and experiences to enhance their expertise in the property market.
Also, Bayut provides a valuable networking platform for agents. Recognized among real estate professionals, Bayut Academy has become indispensable in the UAE real estate market.
This expansion has been impactful, revolutionizing the home-searching experience for millions of users within a few months. The company’s “Homes Mean Bayut” tagline reflects its dedication to enhancing customer satisfaction and providing an elevated real estate experience.
To further support this mission, Bayut Egypt introduced Bayut Academy. This initiative aims to equip real estate agents with the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in the industry. The course helped agents transform their expertise and better serve Egypt’s growing market by focusing on professional development.
Bayut Academy, established in 2017 in the UAE, is a pivotal training program for real estate agents of varying experience levels. The academy offers courses for up to 40 agents, facilitating skill and knowledge enhancement in the real estate industry.
Nesreen Tarek, business development specialist at Bedaya Mortgage Finance Co., expressed her happiness in attending such an event, saying, “Being here at Bayut Academy gave us a further edge over others, as we learned a lot in the course on how to approach our clients and how to make sure that we get the deal done with them.”
How did the event start?
Moataz Al Smara, Training and Customer Success Specialist at Bayut began the event with a brief introduction to Bayut, Bayut Academy, and its recent impact on the real estate market in the Middle East. He then engaged the attendees by discussing “How do you communicate with clients?” and providing a scientific answer.
This action by the instructor showed how the participants actively interacted with and engaged with Moataz, highlighting the training’s beneficial nature.
The instructor divided the attendees into groups and started a quick group activity to promote teamwork and facilitate acquaintance among the agents to maximize the benefits of this course.
During the second period of the course, Moataz delved into the “Psychology of the brain,” which focused on neuron science in the sales field. That topic sparked lively interactions among the attendees, who expressed their joy throughout the session and appreciated the abundance of helpful information they received.
What did the attendees benefit from Bayut Academy’s training?
Bayut Academy offered the attendees a unique opportunity to expand their professional skills, as the program included courses ranging from introductory to advanced levels, ensuring that agents can benefit at every stage of their careers.
Taking part in workshops on communication skills, types of human interaction, and effective communication will enhance agents’ communication skills, knowledge of the brain’s psychology, and ability to deal with clients.
On the sidelines, Julia Magdy, business development specialist at Bedaya Mortgage Finance Co., said, “The first round of Bayut Academy session in May was very helpful, so as this second round, we gained a lot of insights from the instructor on how to close deals and approach our clients and make sure we close the deals,” adding, “we never had such training in the sales field, and we are looking forward to attending the next round.”
Upon completing each course, agents receive a certificate, adding value to their resumes. The academy’s structured approach helps agents improve client interactions and build a strong professional network. This combination of training and certification equips them for greater success in the real estate industry.
