Here’s a list of the top places to work from in New Cairo.
- Twenty Grams
Once a gem gets discovered, it’s never quite the same again… But Twenty Grams defies that trend.
Twenty Grams is exceptional at creating the right ambiance and space for productivity, paired with delicious coffee, fresh pastries, and refreshing beverages. Their interior offers coworking tables, separate tables, and outdoor seating so you can choose the setup that helps you focus while enjoying coffee that’s on point.
Their New Cairo branch is located in Garden 8. Try to arrive before 12 p.m. as it gets quite crowded.
- MQR
In 2012, MQR launched Egypt’s first workspace concept, allowing individuals and groups to choose flexible bundles and work efficiently in a unique, welcoming environment.
All branches offer Private Offices available for daily or monthly rental, Shared Spaces, Meeting and Training Rooms. The space is known for its fast internet, food & beverages, and a friendly Community Care Team.
MQR now operates in three locations within New Cairo only, alongside branches in other districts. Here are their New Cairo locations:

We recommend the Park View branch, but you can also visit their Swan Lake branch if it’s more convenient. Try to arrive early to snag the best table by the pool.
- Yatta
One of the fastest-growing spots in New Cairo, Yatta is a place people visit again and again. Located in Al Rehab Park 15, Yatta has a unique setup, with the Yatta restaurant on the ground floor offering a cozy, greenery-filled vibe both indoors and outdoors.
On the second floor, Yatta88 specialty coffee provides a breathtaking panoramic view of Al Rehab City. Choose your favorite spot, enjoy a delicious breakfast or brunch, and finish with an excellent coffee.
- Boulevard
Boulevard is a must-try for everyone who’s interested in getting things done with a nice coffee, delicious variety of food, and the best hookah.
Pick a day where the weather is nice, go to O1, and pick the outdoor seating and try one of the most popular restaurants/cafes in New Cairo. Their indoors have limited tables so if you prefer to sit indoors we recommend visiting point 90 branch.
- Social Speciality Coffee
What’s better than waking up knowing that you’ll be working remotely, getting in the car, and starting the day in an SCA Certified coffee place! Social Speciality coffee are certified coffee shops where you can taste the daily fresh roasted coffee, work and socialize. Their staff are super friendly as well as being real coffee experts who give training to any coffee professional looking for coffee education. Here are their New Cairo locations

- Vasko
Vasko has become one of the most popular coffee spots in recent years, thanks to its unique roastery that sets it apart from other coffee shops.
They serve coffee in single origins and their own in-house blends. The brand’s story revolves around Great Vasko, a European man from the 1900s who explored the world of creamy coffee and opened the first branch in Cloud 9, New Cairo.
- 929 Specialty Coffee
If you have ever strolled through Korba on your way back to New Cairo, you’ve likely found yourself caught in the Korba traffic and noticed the immense popularity of 929 Korba.
The crowd spoke for itself, with many people wanting to try it but not wanting to deal with the congestion. In response to the public demand, 929 opened their second branch in New Cairo.
In the New Cairo branch, you’ll find a lively atmosphere, but not a crowd that distracts you. Still, it’s best to go early to fully enjoy the ambiance. And of course, don’t forget to try some delicious coffee and very fresh pastries.
